CONNECTING INDUSTRY WITH INNOVATIVE STARTUPS
Through the TechX Accelerator, the Net Zero Technology Centre works with innovative energy technology ventures to help them access industry to validate their ideas.
Customer Discovery is core part of building a startup as founders need the opportunity to test if potential customers face the problems they are solving and if their solutions would be valuable to them. Startups need touchpoints with real stakeholders in industry to understand their pain points, technical constraints, operational challenges, processes and technology adoption requirements.
TechX would like your help in facilitating introductions to our latest cohort of startups.

NOTES TO CONSIDER
- These meetings are not intended to be a sales pitch – they are about learning, validation and insight. Neither the startup or company should be selling during the meeting. While we hope they eventually lead to a commercial relationship if mutually beneficial, the startup should be there to learn first.
- During these introductory conversations there is no confidentiality agreement in place. Startups and companies need to be cautious about what confidential or comercially sensitive information they are sharing, while still having open discussions. We do not encourage NDAs for these initial meetings.
