The use of robotics and AI systems is revolutionising the energy industry and how it is operated. It is the intersection of science, engineering and digital analytics technology, and has the potential to enable significant impact in emissions for future, sustainable operations.<\/p>\n

Robots and autonomous systems enable sites to be operated remotely, safely, efficiency while releasing the human operators from the dangerous or routine tasks to fill higher potential in other areas of asset operation.<\/p>\n

Learning to work alongside robots will be essential in keeping the carbon impact and downtime low during the scale up at-speed, needed for Net Zero.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re investing in technologies and projects to advance the development and adoption of robotics, creating pathways towards our vision for the “Facility of the Future” where assets, small to super-sized, will be operated and maintained remotely with zero intervention by humans unless absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n<\/div>
