Project Summary

Development of an AI system which aims to overcome challenges caused by Non Productive Time by providing a predictive maintenance system which combines big data with energy analytics,  and a Digital Twin system for use in Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU).  The primary objective of the project is to install the “Fiivesense AI” system on the Ocean Patriot and predict equipment failure on the Mud Pump.

OUTCOMES

Using Futura AI will help identify anomalies and hidden trends that can feed into predictive maintenance regimes and help to avoid sudden equipment failures, reduce non productive time and help the client maximise asset utilisation.
