NZTC has a Diversity, Inclusion and Equality policy which defines NZTC commitments to support gender, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, religion, nationality, or other differences, are equal and have equal rights.
For NZTC gender equality refers to the equal rights, responsibilities, and opportunities of all gender identities. Gender equality implies that the interests, needs and priorities of all gender identities are taken into consideration, recognising the diversity of different genders.
