Career Ready Scotland Programme
Career Ready offers young people the platform to develop new skills, boost their confidence and gain valuable workplace experience.
As part of the programme, students will complete a summer internship with us. During their time with the Net Zero Technology Centre, interns will gain exposure and experience in many different teams to widen their knowledge of the working world before they kickstart their career.

Apprenticeship Schemes
We have also supported the Foundation Apprenticeships Scheme which offers secondary school pupils in fifth or sixth year the opportunity to gain first-hand experience by completing a work placement alongside classroom learning.
