As HR Director at NZTC, Kirsty is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports the growth and development of our team members. With a strong background in human resources and organisational development, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
Kirsty holds a degree in Human Resource Management, a masters in HR and is a member of CIPD chartership. With over a decade of experience working in various HR capacities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, Kirsty’s passion lies in creating strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive organisational success. Kirsty is also an insights practitioner.
Currently, Kirsty is focused on implementing innovative HR practices that align with NZTC’s mission of promoting sustainability and technological advancement. She is particularly interested in leveraging data-driven approaches to improve employee well-being and productivity.
Kirsty’s personal purpose aligns closely with NZTC’s values, as she believes in the power of people to drive positive change. She is committed to creating an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to NZTC’s collective goals.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with family and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Aberdeenshire. She loves discovering new trails and scenic spots for walks with her dog, Barkley. Kirsty loves gardening and additionally, is passionate about continuous learning and often finds herself immersed in books on personal development.
