According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), 35% of global emissions will need to be addressed using emerging and future technologies.
Technology Without Borders represents a new approach, an alternative model for a coordinated and targeted global partnership program to bridge the net zero energy technology gap between the Global North and South, that focuses on place, people and technology.
