A career in STEM goes beyond qualifications. We engage with STEM recruiters to form an understanding of the core skills that employers are looking for in prospective employees.
We’ve signed up to a ‘Young Person’s Guarantee’ pledge with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), who will provide us with opportunities to visit secondary schools to participate in STEM events.
This helps us prepare and empower secondary school teachers and young people. Their future is our future.
Career Ready Scotland Programme
Career Ready offers young people the platform to develop new skills, boost their confidence and gain valuable workplace experience.
As part of the programme, students will complete a summer internship with us. During their time with the Net Zero Technology Centre, interns will gain exposure and experience in many different teams to widen their knowledge of the working world before they kickstart their career.
